Vintage Metal Noisemaker Rattle with Smiley Face front. Offered for your consideration is this vintage, metal noisemaker for Halloween or whatever occasion. It is in excellent condition with no loss of paint color and only slight paint loss on the back. The noisemaker is a rattle style with a gray plastic handle.
