Vintage 90's or 80's Style Prom Dress Size 9-10 Black: lace, satin, sequins Approx Flat Measurements: Chest: 18" Waist: 14" Length: 32" Get ready for a retro Prom party in this rad formal dress! Black polyester lace overlay over satin. Satin scallop detail all around open neckline. Totally tubular satin bow on each shoulder. Black sequin detail around neckline as well. Short sleeves can be worn like traditional sleeve or pull down a bit for an off the shoulder look -- there is elastic in the shoulder/sleeve seam and the way the dress is mean to be worn. Zipper on backside works great! A thin layer of tulle inside the skirt for a little extra lift. Union made ILGWU tag, made in USA. I wear a Medium and this fits me well with a little wiggle room.
