VTG Pleated Midi Skirt

This pleated midi skirt has a wonderful earth tone paisley print. It also reminds me of a kilt. It's wonderful and looks good with various styles. I love it sooo much but it is a bit small for me. It goes up to the waist and falls a couple inches above my ankle - I am 5'3 though. Also, the lining is ripped on the inside of the skirt but it is unnoticeable.
