VTG Pink Micro-Pleat Dress

Truly a gorgeous vintage dress! It has tiny pleats at boat neckline and below the elastic waist. The fabric has a sheen to it (see last pic.) Has self fabric belt. No content tag. Size says 11, but it's probably Asian size 11, so please use measurements for best fit. Ribbon, Tokyo. 17" pit to pit (laying flat)+maybe a little more in the pleats, 15.5" across elastic waist, 41.5" length from shoulder.
