VTG Peerless steel handcuffs

Vintage working set handcuffs. Peerless Handcuff Company Springfield, Massachusetts. Serial #156658. These have been etched with the previous owners initials, and possibly badge number. There are a few areas of rust. I have cleaned them and lubricated them with REM oil. I do not have the key, but it is a standard handcuff key. They work as they should and have been tested.
