This vintage Liz Claiborne Collection skirt is so comfy and flowy! Very 90s. Skirt has an elastic band for stretching and pockets! Has a drawstring to tighten waist as well. 100% rayon so it's very soft and very vintage feeling. Waist laying flat unstretched is 14in. 36 in top to bottom of whole skirt. No buttons, zippers or clasps. Love this classic 90s skirt!
