VTG Mr. Food’s Quick & Easy Diabetic Cooking by Art Ginsburg (Mr. Food) - over 150 recipes everybody will like. This recipe book is not only for diabetics - it is for anyone who wants to eat healthy. It has an index in the front by type of meal; then there are subsections further enumerating the recipes. Also there is an alphabetical index in the back. Each recipe has the food exchanges (i.e., starch, lean meat, fat, etc.) as well as the calories, total fat, cholesterol, and so on. Copyright 2001.
