VTG Montgomery Ward Snowman Winter coffee tea mug Blue & white stoneware 12 oz

This cute vintage snowman mug is a high-quality stoneware. It is microwave and oven safe. It holds 12 ounces . It is 4 1/2 in. high and 3 1/2 in. in diameter. It was made especially for Montgomery Wards and the blue rim around the top has a wonderful hand colored effect to it. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or stir marks of any kind. On the underneath side of the handle there is a very small hole from manufacturing which can really not be seen unless the mug is laying down. It is very small and does not affect the durability of the stoneware. Perfect for the winter months and a wonderful reminder of the days past.
