VTG Military Marching Band Shako Hat Headpiece w/War Eagle Emblem

This hat is from a military school or academy marching band. Gold tone war eagle emblem on front Gold tone buttons on both sides, gold tone chain connects the 2 buttons Blue fabric around sides It doesn't have a plume on top but one could be added. It would make a nice steam punk project or Halloween costume hat. Size: 20.5 circumference, Small Side height: 5.5" Adjustable chin strap Comes from J.H. Lewis Uniform Co. Phila.Pa Good Vintage Condition, scuff marks/paint lost on top of hat, visor/edges, & on black inner headband, glue showing from visor trim, wear on chin strap. (Please see 5 pics)
