Vintage Men’s Timex automatic (self winding) watch Sterling Silver cup band Navajo turquoise stones Band is hand made by the Navajo Nation with Sterling Silver and 8 beautiful turquoise stones. In Great Working Condition It is from mid last century. The Timex watch itself is worth approximately $100. This particular watch was purchased by one of Al Capone’s bootleg drives for his wife after he went ligit and opened his own very successful trucking company. Similar watches today go for approximately $500-$2000 depending on the artist. This Watch has History.

azaydman89 @kitcats thank you for the quick reply! Okay, that makes much more sense! I’m a Timex collector, and sometimes folks try to sell Timex pieces for incredible amounts more than they are worth. But knowing the value here is in the silver makes sense.

wavetyde I don’t mean to be a nuisance but I thought sterling silver has been decreasing in value, shouldn’t this be worth a little less? It is a absolutely beautiful piece of work I was just wondering about the sterling silver value
