Includes comforter, flat sheet, fitted sheet for twin bed plus one pillowcase for a standard pillow. Absolutely adorable and nice shape. Some light marks on the comforter no stains see pictures. Very vibrant colors. In very nice shape considering the age. Elastic on fitted sheet is not what it used to be but its not entirely blown out.
