It is signed "Christine" which is likely the name of the artist. It features a setting patterned after an 1800's German folk art design with a couple dressed in Colonial style holding hands, surrounded by flowers. On the rim is inscribed "I wish you what your heart desires." Lovely wedding or anniversary gift!
