VTG Lisa Petites Dress Floral Traditional Pleated

Vintage made in USA Lisa Petites Floral dress. Pastel blue, pink, green. White collar has a small stain which i inherited with the dress + haven't felt brave enough to attempt to remove. Part of the elastic at the waist has come unstitched, I'm no sewing pro so i havent messed with it, still stretchy. Pleated skirt. Fitted bust. Short sleeves. Button + zip closure.
