VTG Lidded Wooden Box‎ 3" Lathe Handcrafted Round Jewelry Storage USA Folk Art

This 3" tall lidded handmade out out dark color wood possibly Walnut is USA folk art and was crafted with a recessed round knob on the lid with an upper and lower rim. This item is mid century modern likely made as a high school shop project and has a heavily patinated lacquer sealant. The maker utilized scrap wood for the lid given the lines where the pieces were glued together and is not damage.
