VTG Kent Faldas Hand painted Circle Skirt

VTG Kent Faldas Hand Painted Mexican Typical City Scene Circle Skirt Sz S. Beautiful, unique skirt. In good pre-owned condition with some staining, possibly due to poor storage. There are areas where it isn't as noticeable due to the folds of the skirt. Please see all photos. I'm not sure if I have the waist closed correctly, so I will include two different waist measurements. Waist (hook & eye closure done up): 13" across Waist (hook & eye closure undone): 15" across Length: 32.5"
