VTG Kathie Lee Black Velour Skirt, Size X Large. The soft velvety material is made of 90% polyester and 10% Spandex - so very stretchy. The waist is about 31" and expands to 41". The elasticized waist is 5/8" wide, so comfortable - the last picture is the waist from inside the skirt as it is barely visible from the outside. The length is 37-1/2" with a sexy slit (approximately 15-1/2" long) up the back of the skirt. Excellent condition!
