VTG Italian hand painted porcelain letter G oval floral gold charm pendant

Vintage or antique Italian hand painted porcelain charm or pendant. The script initial is a letter G on a white oval with blue floral details. The frame is gold and the bale is marked but I can't read it and the photo isn't very good. This is an heirloom piece, very delicate. Measures about 1" long including bale and about 5/8" wide. About 2mm thick.
