VTG I.W. Rice Perfume Atomizer (Empty) Boudoir Dresser Pretty Green Frosted

Vintage I. W. Rice Perfume Atomizer (Empty - Appears Never Used) Pretty Green Frosted Original tag still partially intact. Very pretty vintage perfume atomizer. Frosted glass with green accents. Looks great when light or sunlight hits it. Missing the top piece of the atomizer, so more of a decorative item unless you replace that part(s). A bit of tarnish around top of atomizer - not significant (IMO) and may buff out. Top part appears to be brass. Probably MCM era, but has some art deco character to it.
