VTG I Van Dell I 14K Gold Filled I Embellished Centerpiece Choker Necklace

Here is a very unique vintage Van Dell 14K gold filled choker necklace. The centerpiece hangs on both sides from the chain and features 3 small horizontal stones. Attached to the stones hangs a vertical pendant topped with a sweet gold flower and 3 movable pearls. Unfortunately, I have no idea what the stones are, or if the stones and pearls are genuine. The stones are pretty small and appear to be either amethysts or sapphires. I photographed them against some different colors, but in the end, I still can't tell. I would lean toward amethysts, though. No Box. Photos 4-6 show approximate measurements: The total length including the pendant is 16.5" (8.25" x 2), with the chain measuring between 14.25" & 14.5" in length and the pendant measuring about 1" in length. The width of the pendant is just over 1/2 an inch. It fits like a choker, right at the collarbone. Photos 7-9 show all stamps on necklace, together, and individually, on spring ring and clasp. There are no stamps on the pendant itself. The spring ring is faded, and most likely reads "1/20 14K GF", and looks like there might be an "A" preceding it. The clasp is very clear to read, "14K G.F. VAN DELL".
