VTG I STG I Enamel Female Color Guard Charm

Here is a female/girl member of the marching band's color guard, taking it to the field (or parade route)! She is sporting her blue costume & hat, white marching boots, & carrying/waving her yellow flag. In great condition, save for a little wear mainly on back. This is a sterling enamel charm/pendant by the old R.L. Griffith Company, closed in 1982 so it's 39+ years old. Griffith hallmark ("G" w/arrow through it) & sterling stamp shown close-up in photo 3.
