VTG Harold’s Blue and Green Swirl Pattern Mini Skirt size 12

VTG HAROLD’S blue and green swirl pattern mini skirt. Vintage size 12 but see measurements below (and in photos). In excellent vintage condition, I’m not entirely sure which era. Possibly 60s? Could be 90s but tag suggests older. Harold’s was a premier fashion specialty apparel store that originated in Oklahoma and soon grew into a midwestern chain department store. Great quality clothing. Functional side zipper with missing hook and eye closure but doesn’t affect wear. The most fun pattern and colors. Bottom hem thread visible if you look closely—see photos for best judgement. Little to no stretch, 100% polyester.
