VTG Hand Painted NIPPON Vase Raised Gold Scroll Work Cir 1900 Victorian Japan. Beautiful piece of art in a vibrant robin egg blue. The gold scroll work is in great condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Some very, very slight paint chipping at the bottom (see last 3 photos). Not noticeable standing in the upright position. Stamped on the bottom "Nippon Hand Painted".
