Pre-loved but in great overall condition. I am unable to find specifics regarding this decade piece. Best guess is it's the 50s to 60s based on others I found for that decade, the tag and the general style. The tag with the fabric information has been worn off. It is not a pure cotton though based on the feel of the piece.
