VTG- Goldette- Majestic ‘70s Egyptian Revival Medallion Necklace- J-Hook Rare and more rare! You see these at times but none quite as minty as this one, which shows no signs of having been tempered with. Keeping up with the Egyptian Revival theme, which was sparked from the unearthing of Pharaoh Tutankhamun’s (King Tut’s) tomb, this necklace is filled with little Egyptian Easter eggs, like Sarcophagus, hieroglyphics, scarabs, and at the very bottom, the Egyptian Queen & Goddess, Isis, with a central figure of King Tut. All symbols of good luck. The chain is a 25” long w/ clasp, 5mm thick twisted rope with a a square charm featuring hieroglyphics. This is a statement piece in amazing condition that is highly collectible and truly looking for a collector’s home. This necklace is not available to purchase cheap for reselling. I have far too much respect for it. Relax and enjoy this magical piece by Goldette, likely created just before they closed shop in 1979.
