✨️VTG Gold Metallic & Cream Evening Shawl 1960s Old Hollywood Glamor

Beautiful vintage evening shawl or wrap from the 1950s or 1960s, made from an off-white and metallic gold woven brocade of roses and backed with a silky fabric that's cool to the touch. It has a dense, lustrous fringe on each end. This shawl would be perfect as a bridal piece, or for a black tie evening look. It is simple but so elegant! It would also be beautiful draped over a chair, folding screen, or piano, or used as a table runner or dresser scarf. Maybe even an altar cloth! There are so many options! It is in very good shape for its age, and has undergone hours of work to restore the fringe. It does have a couple tiny spots on the brocade, and a split in the folded edge of the lining. These do not detract from its beauty and only warrant a bit of extra care when wearing. It measures 65 inches long, 16 inches wide, with 4 inches of fringe.
