VTG Framed Needlepoint Chum Girl w/Kitten & Master Simpson w/Puppy 16 3/4"

VTG Framed Needlepoint Chums Gril w/Kitten & Master Simpson w/Puppy BOHO Handmade – Could be Antique Frames. Frames are nailed in the corners with blunt headed nails, given them and antique vibe. The nails holding the art work in place were rusted. I removed them and added new glazier points. The hanging hardware also was added. There is some wear, bangs and dents from over the years, on both frames. The black areas on the frames must have been painted, there is some gold tone peeking through (see pic #7.) Two vintage framed (no glass) needlepoint that mimics the artists Jane Freeman and Arthur W. Davis. The needlepoint features a girl holding a kitten and wearing an English style dress with hand bag and the boy holding a puppy. Their Approximate Measurements: Height: 16 ¾” Width: 10 ¾” Depth: 1 ¼” Charming vintage needlepoint art featuring children with pets. Set in elegant wooden frames. Perfect for adding a classic touch to any room.
