VTG Folk Art Leather Doll South American Woman Baby Sombrero Handmade Painted

Vintage South American leather folk art doll. She's wearing a sombrero and has her baby on her back, baby is peeking over her shoulder. Her face is leather and hand painted. What I can see as far as her legs arms hands and face are leather, by the feel of the doll, I believe the whole doll except the clothing of course is also leather. She has some yellowing of her clothing and some dirt or dust from age. She stands approximately 10 inches tall to the tip of the sombrero and she does not stand exactly straight on her own, she does stand but there is a tilt. Please inspect all the photos.
