VTG Folk Art 12” Talavera Plate Mexico Wall Hand-painted Pottery Cobalt Blue

This vintage folk art pottery plate Talavera, Mexico is 11 7/8”. The colors are Cobalt blue, Delft blue, canary yellow, pine green, asparagus green, caramel, tea rose, and rosewood.
