VTG Flutter Sleeve Maxi (1970s/80s dead stock w/ flaws)

Macrame empire waist polyester boho dress. 3 covered buttons. Tie back closure. 56” shoulder to hem 🚨Has tiny dark flecks throughout the macrame. They might wash out. But I’m not sure if it’s organic or not. See photos. Priced accordingly. Still great for a 1970s photo shoot or costume party. Buttercream color w/ nuetral accents.
