VTG Finley Dress Hot Pink Long Maxi Deep V Front & Back High Slit 6 8 S M 80's

Finely Vintage Dress (It looks like 80's to me) Hot Pink This dress is amazing!!!!  Full length  High split Elastic waist Fitted below the waist, blousy top Shoulder pads Deep v in front and back!!!!! There is a piece that goes across the back at the neckline, it buttons across...you can secure it or wear it without that part if desired Semi-sheer material There is no size or care tag It feels like a chiffon..and fits very nicely on my size 6 mannequin. I think it would fit a small or medium, size 6 or 8. There is a lot of give to it....so it would probably fit a range of sizes.  Please see measurements in photos.
