Hand painted with a great big smile and red nose wearing a small cowboy hat. Made in Japan. Original Foil Enasco label affixed to bottom of vase. Stamped E-5071. Overall this vase is in great condition showing only slight wear through loss of some paint. No chips or cracks. Clean inside and out.
