Modern style flourished particularly in the early to mid 1900s in Europe. Bauhaus style became a movement in Germany in the 1920s made famous by noted artists and architects such as Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Marianne Brandt, Marcel Breuer, Paul Klee, Josef Albers, Gertrud Grunow, and Walter Gropius. The Bauhaus movement was noted for its simple elegance yet functional objects.
Condition: Good Vintage, it does show heavy use. Top handle is missing one of the brass balls. In good condition, wear consistent with use /some scratches on the surface.
