VTG Doris Philips Native American Indian Chief Wood Carving Folk Art Decor 13"L

This vintage wood carving by Doris Philips features a Plains Native American Indian Chief and is a stunning piece of folk art decor. Measuring 13 inches in length, this handmade sculpture captures the essence of the culture and spirituality of the Native American people. This item originated from a high end Dallas Texas Metroplex estate collection, it was hand crafted in the United States and is a unique addition to any collection. Has a Plains Chief with a head feather bonnet along with a bison buffalo skull horned accent. The wood was hand carved and has been painted and sealed by the artist on an American hardwood log slice. It is in good pre owned clean condition with some minor use wear blemishes as would be expected over 30-40 years.
