VTG Department 56 Candleholder and snuffer

This is a vintage brass candle holder and snuffer which is a vintage find!! I don't know how to clean brass. I'm so sorry!! But I did take a cap full of mild dish soap and water and cleaned her as best as I could. She still has her tag at the bottom made exclusively for Department 56! shown in pictures above. She has a level on the side for when the candle burns down, you can rise it up. The snuffer sits on the handle in a little dip opening.
