Excellent vintage condition - could be new or worn once or twice. Vintage sizes run smaller - please see measurement photos. (I would say fits close to a modern women's M. This is just my guess.) About 3/4 sleeves unless you are petite. then may be longer. These original jackets are known to be warm - believe these are made with wool fill but not 100% sure.
