VTG Chinese Reverse Painted Glass PAPERWEIGHT Signed Great Wall of China Motif

For your consideration is this vintage glass paperweight made in China. It is signed, but have been unsuccessful translating most of the hand written text. This style of paperweight is quite unique as the artist applies the paint to the inside of the glass...a quite tedious and arduous process. This piece is adorned with what looks like the Great Wall of China and green trees intermingled in the countryside setting.
