VTG Cast Iron Santa Claus Coin Bank with Teddy Bear, Presents & Wreaths

Heavy cast iron round Santa Claus shaped coin bank with Teddy Bear, Gifts and Wreaths, possibly going down the Chimney? The maker is unknown to me. He has a nice shape, white beard, with a cute Teddy Bear perched on his shoulder. He is surrounded by gaily wrapped gifts. There is lovely/vintage looking paint loss to this old piece as noted in the condition description (please see all photos.) Measures: 5 in. tall by 4 1/2 in, wide and depth.
