VTG Blk Sequin/Beaded Cocktail Blouse

Gorgeous vintage Valerie Steven's silk, sequin & beaded black blouse. Amazing condition, considering these vtg tops fall apart pretty quick. Has beaded detail around collar, cuffs & bottom of blouse. Bottom of blouse curves around, extenuating. Long sleeves. Has very minimal pulls and missing sequins w/a couple missing in front, as seen in pic. Not noticeable when worn. Size 14 but fits more like a L-XL. I'm a S/M for reference. Pls ask any questions you may have!🤗🤩
