VTG Bernard Buffet Flowers Framed w/COA Lithograph w/Mat Silver Frame READ

This is a vintage 1960s era authenticated Bernard Buffet lithograph that comes from my parents' home. It has a certificate of authentication from the Collector's Guild on the back. The lithograph measures 11 ¼”h x 8 ¾”w. Mid-century modern Please read the imperfections of this item: This was not displayed under glass, so there is faded spot in the lower right corner of the frame. The mat is dusty and has tears and the silver frame is broken. I can remove the frame before shipping if you wish-please let me know.
