VTG Bartlett Collins Floral Hand painted Glass Sugar And Creamer Set

This vibrantly hand painted sugar and creamer set is in very nice condition. There is one very small chip on the bottom of the creamer as seen in the last picture. No other chips or cracks. Please see pictures for details and measurements.
