011818 Gorgeous royal blue with black lining cape designed by Jessica Lee of California and made in the USA. 100% wool and fully lined. Arm opening in place and stitches sides to keep in place. Structured both as a cape with it's wide sweep dolman sleeves and coat. Great vintage condition. Pls see etsy for more pics up to 24" bust X 2 approx up to 20" shoulders 22" X 2 waist and hips but can be large.the front panels may just not be closed all the way to accommodate a large fit 43" long
