VTG Arlop Made in Mexico Royal Blue Felted Rodeo Hat Size 6 7/8

Vintage, felted, royal blue, cowgirl, rodeo, western, hat made in Mexico by Arlop in a size 6 7/8. The foundation of the hat is like a plastic and the blue fabric is covering it so the hat is stiff. Gold metal band, embellishment trim. I spot cleaned one area and gave the hat a good brush. It could still use some cleaning particularly on the inside brim. Great for a costume or a vintage cowboy. Vintage pre-owned with some signs of use.
