VTG Ann Taylor Holiday Red Silk A~Line Maxi Skirt Sz. 4 Formal Winter Hem Flaw Gorgeous silk maxi skirt in VGC with the exception of the hem has come undone in spots. Could be fixed by seamstress. I’m assuming a heel or something got caught and took part of the hem out.
