marilynn54 What a lovely piece of Westmorland Glass and signed by the artist. The attached paper label is a bonus. My school bus passed by the factory.I visited it and watched them blowing glass and all the other special techniques. Their milk glass is the best.Many of their molds went to Fenton when they closed. Best wishes that it finds a good home.
