VTG All That Jazz Watercolor Blue Purple Floral A-Line Sundress Mini S/M 90s

The most calming color combo with shades of blues and purples with gorgeous roses. Perfect spring and summer dress. Material feels like silk. There is no sizing tag or material tag. Also, noticed a couple of brown marks on the bottom (pictured last) but not noticeable. Probably will wash out, with delicate and air dry/lay flat. Measurements 16” pit to pit 34” length
