VTG AMERICAN ANGEL Chartreuse Scarf Dress

Vintage 90s American Angel. This is probably the prettiest dress I've ever had. Chartreuse green with pink Roses and flowers. Cold rayon. Scarf hem. Halter style bust. Small elastic section at back top of dress. There is a small hole on back near hem and a barely visible stain. I might attempt to repair the hole. Labeled a size small. Modern size 4.
