The speaker inside the shirt works great, loud and clear, HOWEVER, touching the Touch Tone pad does not activate it. The only way I’ve been able to activate the speaker is by making skin contact with the top metal snap (shown in photos), so you have to snap it in in such a way as to leave the top snap accessible, reach under the shirt to the sound box and touch the metal snaps in back.
