VTG 92 Completed Counted Cross Stitch Finished Victorian Floral Fan Needlepoint

I think this is complete. It looks like she was done with it. The magazine with the pattern in it, a needle, and extra thread are included. It’s from 1992. It’s 14.5” X 17.5” and there’s no frame.
