My aunt had this made for her in 1991 by a local dress shop in Toronto. Likely this was either a Calvin Klein or Oscar de La Renta pattern. Gorgeous plunge neckline to the waist, shirred at the center and a curved waist line from center to back. Mini length and halter neck. Back zip. Size 2, or small. Measurements given below. They are a little adjustable (the measurements) because how you want to wear the dress affects what sizes it can accommodate! There’s a lot of fabric in the top, so a larger bust (C or D) could definitely fit, you might just be showing a little more cleavage. There is a small run on the inside right at the middle of the top. Also, a small hole at the center of the shirred bust. There’s a safety link inside but it looks like it was just there as a ‘safety measure’ in case anything came apart because it is t actually holding anything together. Just for full disclosure! This is a gorgeous dress in high quality cotton stretch fabric. Soft, a good weight, and a rich deep color.
