VTG 90s Starter Portland Trailblazers Officially Licensed Windbreaker Jacket, XL

Vintage 1990s era Starter NBA Officially Licensed Portland Blazers/Trailblazers windbreaker jacket. Embroidered logos on chest and arms.100% nylon. Outside shell is in great condition. There is however a layer or coating of some kind between the shell and liner that has disintegrated from age and washing. You can't tell from the outside on the black part, other than some fine white particles that sometimes work their way through the shell material. They are easily brushed off. It's more noticeable on the lower arms where it's red See last pictures to see a close-up of the liner, and the sleeve where you can see the disintegrating layer below it. As well as a dark mark on the inner right arm. Jacket is as-is. Measurements: Pit to pit: 28" Length: 30"
